En-suite room

I am a 20 year old student going into my second year at Newcastle University studying chemical engineering.

I am looking for a flat mate for an en-suite room.

Bills are a maximum of £15 per week each.
I’m a very easy going person, I like to cook.

The flat is on Gowan Terrace, a great location in Jesmond.

It’s an en-suite room £175 / week.

It’s a basement flat and you would share a kitchen and living room with me, it’s a generous space with good fittings (washing machine etc).

There is small shared yard outside.

We’d share a hallway with the flat upstairs, which will be occupied by four females Y3 students.

Viewings and Deposit (£1050) to be arranged with the letting agent.
