I’m moving out and looking for someone to take over my room in this lovely house in Sandyford.

I’ve loved living here, the location is great as it’s just a 15-minute walk into the city centre, with excellent bus links nearby. Also around the corner from popular spots like Aidan’s Kitchen and Filto.

* Available to move in soon after 10th September. Able to move this date forward / behind if necessary

You’ll be living with one friendly housemate who is currently studying for her master’s degree and expects to finish later this year. She’s easy-going, sociable, and respectful, making the house a relaxed and welcoming place to live.
