Jesmond shared house

Hi! We’re looking for someone to join our home from 26th September as our third housemate is moving out.
You’ll be living with Tânia and Ivan, two best friends who both work full-time. We’re active, friendly, communicative and sociable. We love chatting, laughing and spending time together, so we’re definitely not the quietest household, but we’re respectful of each other’s space and schedules.
We’re both part of the LGBTQ+ community (bi & gay), so we’d like someone who is LGBTQ+ friendly.

The room is a cosy furnished bedroom with a bed, desk and chair, shelving/storage and a large window with plenty of natural light.

The house has a large living/dining room, separate kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom, separate WC, and a patio shared with our downstairs neighbour.

Great location with everything within walking distance:
Jesmond centre – 5 mins
Jesmond Metro – 10 mins
Jesmond Dene – 10 mins
West Jesmond Metro – 15 mins
Newcastle city centre – 18 mins
There are also plenty of transport links nearby, making it really easy to get around Newcastle.

We’re looking for a working professional who is friendly, respectful, reasonably and would enjoy living in a sociable household.
