Lovely two-bed house near Newcastle City centre

I'm looking for someone to share my two bedroom house in Portland Mews, Shieldfield, Newcastle. Shared kitchen, living room and bathroom.

The property is a compact house in a quiet neighbourhood, with a great central location. 15 minutes from the universities, 15 minutes from Northumberland Street, 15 minutes from the Quayside. Equidistant from Manors and Jesmond Metro stations (10 minutes to either one). Council Tax Band: C

I'm 27, a graduate, and currently working on writing and arts projects. I'm fairly quiet and independent and enjoy reading, music, films and occasionally going to the pub. I'm looking for someone around a similar age who is friendly and considerate and would enjoy a relaxed, quiet place to live. Ideally another graduate or young professional.

I'm not looking for a big party household, but equally it's nice to have someone you can chat to, watch a film with or occasionally go for a drink with. I have a partner whom I don’t live with, so I’m not in every evening.
