Short-term stays are welcome.

The house is in a lovely, quiet area with excellent bus and Metro links, making it ideal for both students and working professionals.

Just a 10-minute walk away, you’ll find Tesco, Aldi, Marks & Spencer, Next, Boots, Greggs and many other shops and amenities.

Although this is a room rental, you’ll have full access to a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils you need, plus a separate utility room with a washer and dryer. You’ll also have use of the main bathroom, which is only shared if there is another tenant staying at the property.

Fast, reliable Wi-Fi is included, making it perfect for work, study or streaming.

I’m ideally looking for someone who works away from home rather than works from home, as it’s a better fit for the household.
