I have a furnished double bedroom available in Kingston Park, just a short walk (<10 mins, 0.5 miles) from metro, shops, amenities, bus stops.

The room will be let furnished with a new bed, drawers, bedside table, wardrobe and storage space, a desk and bookshelf. Plenty of storage space for your things.

I am looking for a friendly, considerate housemate who will be respectful of my home and furniture, clean up after themselves and share in the cleaning of the house. I have a friendly medium sized dog.

There is shared use of kitchen / dining room, lounge, bathroom, and garden / patio with on street parking available in a quiet cul de sac.

Bills included, subject to reasonable usage, available to working professionals preferably (will consider PhD students). No smoking.
