Hello. I have a lovely downstairs single bedroom available for rent. The room is comfortable, tastefully decorated and fully furnished (bed, large set of drawers, wardrobe and bedside table). There is a downstairs shower room next to the bedroom (the location of the bedroom and shower room ensures plenty of privacy) and you will have access to the large dining kitchen, sitting room and well-tended garden. There will be adequate storage room available as well as fridge/freezer space and the use of the washing machine and tumble drier. Wi-fi is also included.

The house is located at Four Lane Ends in Benton which is a 2-minute walk away from the Metro station and bus interchange. The Freeman hospital is also within walking distance and Northumbria University Coach Lane Campus is round the corner. It’s 5 miles to the town centre and the coast 7.5. miles away.

There is off-road parking outside the house, although there are parking restrictions, and a permit is required during certain times. I have a parking permit available but long-term tenants will be required to purchase their own permit at a cost of £30 per annum.

I live with my 2 daughters who are aged 21 and 17. My eldest is at university and my youngest is a typical teenager who spends a lot of time in her room! They are both lovely, polite but fun girls. I am sociable and love to play piano and sing, although I also enjoy chilling out and watching a good series on TV. I work 30 hours per week.
