Newcastle City centre is only 3 miles from my house (15 minutes by bus) There are excellent transport links to Durham, Queen Elizabeth Hospital and Saltwell Park is just round the corner. The main shopping area of Low Fell is a short walk away with many restaurants and pubs. It is a quiet house where tenants are able to work/study without being disturbed. All bills are included in the cost and there is access to free wifi. At present, I have two professional tenants; a qualified secondary school teacher/gardener who is 32 and a mature fashion design student who is 30. I have a beautiful single room (£525 pcm) which is available from 14th September.

There is a shared kitchen and a separate dining/communal room with a TV (access to Netflix etc) which leads directly onto decking, BBQ/eating and patio area. Outside, there is a wraparound garden including a drive. Cycle routes to Newcastle are easily accessible and bike storage is available if needed.
