Newcastle City centre is only 3 miles from my house (15 minutes by bus) There are excellent transport links to Durham, Queen Elizabeth Hospital and Saltwell Park is just round the corner. The main shopping area of Low Fell is a short walk away with many restaurants and pubs. It is a quiet house where tenants are able to work/study without being disturbed. All bills are included in the cost and there is access to free wifi. I have a beautiful single room (£525 pcm) which is available from 14th September.

Outside, there is a wraparound garden including a drive. Cycle routes to Newcastle are easily accessible and bike storage is available if needed.
