Spacious kitchen and lounge, you would have your own fridge, cupboard and hob space. Coffee machine, microwave etc. Small back yard. TV and wifi.

Mid terraced house in quiet area by the Tyne Riverside Country Park, leisure centre and 22 bus into town frequently. On street parking, or on main riverside cycle route into town. If you have a bike it can be kept in the yard.

I am a live in owner, I work from home in lounge or in my office 3 days a week. No pets currently, and am tidy and quiet, I have a separate bathroom. Short or long term ok, postgrads welcome. Reduction in rent for weekdays only. You would need to do share of cleaning although I do have a robot hoover!
