I have recently refurbished upstairs, and you would only be sharing this space and your own funky living room / kitchenette with 1 other quiet lodger who normally only stays in the house mid week. Use of downstairs kitchen, as well. There is a utility room with a washing machine and a dedicated drying area.
The whole house has been refurbished and decorated to a high standard. Choice of 5 buses take 15 minutes into the Centre of Newcastle. Backs onto large park and within walking distance of shops. Really convenient for everything, and A1 not far away.
I have refurbished my house with lodgers in mind, and I am mindful and respectful of their requirements and needs. I have gone all out to make the rooms as comfortable and welcoming as possible.
