I have a room to give in an accommodation in Newcastle upon Tyne. It's in Portland Green Student Village in nice neighbourhood.
The room is very nice, quite new and modern with own bathroom and shared kitchen/lounge. The building name is Rosedale Court it is about 10-15 min from city center and both universities.. Students from both Northumbria and Newcastle Uni are welcome. The room is in a 5 bedroom flat.
The staff is really nice and handle all of things very quickly. The social area is very good. There is on-site gym available.
Photos can be seen on the PGSV website. The deposit is fully refundable after tenancy end. The agreement is for 44 weeks and end in the middle of July. The rent is 99 pounds per week.
