A nice double room in a cool flat + own bathroom

I have a nice double room available in an amazing two bedroom apartment, which is just a 10 minutes walk from the city centre & the train station.

The flat is fully furnished and has all necessary appliances:
- Dishwasher
- Fridge/freezer
- Oven and electric hob, with an extractor fan above
- Microwave, toaster
- Washing machine (with a good dryer)
- Vacuum cleaner
- Air conditioner (for abnormal heat)
- Heaters & electric kettle (for the usual weather)

There is also a designated parking space if you need one (I don't).

The open plan living room is quite spacious and benefits from panoramic windows and a nice view of the river Tyne/bridges.

Your room has a king-size bed with a good mattress, a desk, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables, radiator and some space for additional furniture should you need it.

You also have your own bathroom (as there are only two rooms and the second room is ensuite).

Rent is £550 per month. This already includes the water bill. The additional monthly bills (to be split 50/50) are: council tax (~£212, Band D), electricity (~£143) and Internet (£45 for 250Mbps broadband). So, overall bills are £200 per person per month, i. e. the price per room all bills inclusive is £750.

I'm a 30-something investment professional working long hours during the week. On weekends I work on my start-up. I'm also learning to sing and play the guitar (but don't worry I won't torture you with my practice if you are home). I am a really easy going, very tidy and respectful of your own space kind of guy.

IMPORTANT: I will likely be relocating to London in about 3 months time, so you will have an opportunity to take on the whole flat for yourself (rent for the full flat is £1,150 per month, excluding bills), or you can find a new (and better) flatmate, which should not be a problem, given that the flat is totally worth its price.
