The house has enough room for both your own spaces/privacy and communal areas. Looking for a new housemate who would ideally become a friend, do the odd activity/eat together from time to time- especially with food grown in the garden! Bonus if you play an instrument or sing along in the occasional house band/jam session!

You'd be expected to contribute to keeping communal areas clean. Open to arranging shared groceries or tasks.

I've been flatsharing for a while and met some great people/lifelong friends from all over the world.
Flexible on lots, including move in date. It's more about finding a good fit to the dynamic and I'm fine leaving the room empty till/if that comes along.
