"We are three girls, (24, 26, 27), looking for our fourth housemate. A little bit about us. 2/3 of us work in the creative industry as designers and the other is working on a Phd at Newcastle university, so we enjoy being able to bounce ideas off each other and getting inspired by going to exhibitions, films etc together occasionally! We all really enjoy cooking, and love having communal meals together. The living room is a well used space by everyone, whether that’s catching up after work, hosting friends, watching movies or WFH. Always up for a trip to Fab bakery down the road for a treat, or a walk/ run around the moor or further afield into Northumberland, as well as bouldering sessions and yoga classes in Newcastle! A joint assured periodic tenancy is available starting from 1st May 2026 (Renters Rights Bill Compliant), meaning you are on a monthly rolling contract from the start.

Rent is a fixed price of £425 per person per month including gas, electric, water and broadband (Band A council tax and TV license not included).

Deposit of £425 is payable upon signing (This is then protected with the Tenancy Deposit Service).
