Housemates:
All of the housemates are great company and we go out most weekends or go for food. Three attend salsa together and the house always hosts a good party on special occasions. Always someone around to watch TV with in the living room. We all have different start times for work so waiting for the bathroom in the morning is never an issue. People cook at different times due to varying finishing times too.

Property would suit young professionals. Currently there are 3 of us working from home. We are looking mainly for a females as we like to keep the house balanced.
