I have a spare room coming up in my home on 1st July 24. Looking for someone friendly who is up for doing things together as a flat. I like to keep the place clean and tidy so looking for someone who’s happy to clean up after themselves.
The flat is in a fantastic location by the Northumbria Business School and is a 5/10 minute walk to City Centre, Quayside, Ouseburn, Heaton and Jesmond.
There is plenty of shared room in the property with a large dining kitchen, separate living room, conservatory and garden.
The room is a large double with built in storage cupboard, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk.
