This student flat is in the centre of Newcastle city centre. I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I move to Heaton 3 month earlier than expected in summer. This flat has a shared kitchen with ideal flatmates who are clean and helpful. The room it’s self has a double bed, desk, drawers and storage along with its own en suit and shower. This flat is bang in the centre of 2 metro lines and has bus stops outside for close transportation links. Bills are included and this is available from the 2nd July-9th September 2023. The flat comes with a gym, many social spaces, a cinema room, laundry room and 2 study rooms. Students at university, college or on placement can only be accepted.
