Lovely house 25 minutes walk from the city centre.
We're a social bunch and looking for a new housemate, keen on getting out and about in town exploring. Been here for a few years now with housemates coming and going and everyone seems to have loved it, honestly the nicest street in the west end with such a great artsy community.
The house has been refurbished since the photographs have been taken, including a complete rebuild of the bathrooms (Hence no photographs) there are two bathrooms, one of which with a separate bath and shower.
Worth noting that the TV on the bedroom wall won't be staying but the bracket will stay if you're keen.
