This friendly home currently has three tenants, two bathrooms, three toilets and all white goods with the usual ironing and cleaning items, as well as a washer and a dryer. The room is in a shared 4-bed HMO and comes fully furnished with lockable doors, double bed, table/desk, chair, wardrobe, cabinet/drawers, and there is on the street parking. Professionals or grown-up students preferred.
Minimum 12 months tenancy, we will require 1 months rent in advance and the same again for your deposit, which can be paid over a few months.
All bills are included; gas electric water Council Tax and superfast Broadband. No agent fees as direct with live-out landlord. We need ID and proof you can afford the rent and are allowed in the UK.
