There are shops locally as well as bus stops and good food outlets.
All bills included: gas, electric, water, council tax, broadband, communal cleaning.
No video viewings as we like to meet tenants face to face as there's no referencing and live-out landlord.
To move in we need one months rent in advance and the same for deposit, which can be split over x3 months if needs be.
