Located in a beautiful housing development in Dinnington, is this double room consisting of a king size bed and double wardrobe, with bills included (utilities and broadband).

You will have access to the communal areas including a bathroom (with a bath &shower), kitchen, living room and downstairs WC. Amenities within the house include a washing machine, tumble dryer and dish washer. You will have predominant use of the bathroom as I have my own en-suite.

Bus stop is less than a 10 minute walk, with a direct link to Newcastle City Centre within 30 minutes.

Off street parking available on the driveway. 8 minute drive to Newcastle Airport; 10 minute drive to Kingston Park (retail park) and 20 minute drive to Newcastle City Centre.

I am a nurse working for the NHS and I am an outgoing, sociable person. I have two friendly dogs who are Cockapoochons (hypoallergenic) and are at home whilst I’m at work so it is important you are comfortable with dogs.
