Tenancy Takeover - Newcastle 1, Student Roost

Hey,
I'm looking for someone to take over my contract for student accommodation at Newcastle 1 Student Roost. The contract would start from the 27th May till the 14th July (with the option to extend it for the summer as well as the next academic year).

Students only.

- Dual occupancy available
- Self-contained kitchen, bathroom and living space
- Small double
- TV with freeview, wardrobe, personal study space with desk and chair, kitchen and en-suite bathroom
