We want the house to feel like home, so we always arrange for potential new housemates to meet the current tenants before signing anything. That way, you can all make sure it’s a good fit—unlike most landlords who just fill rooms without thinking about the vibe.

📅 THE TERM
• Tenancy from the 31st of August 2025 until 31st August 2026 with the option to renew.
• If you ever need to move out early, you’re free to find someone to take over your tenancy (just a £50 contract transfer fee—we like to keep things transparent).
• Couples welcome in either room, but there’s a £100 monthly surcharge.
