The house is clean, bright, and very comfortable. It’s fully equipped with essentials including a fridge, washing machine, dryer, kitchen utensils, and two well-maintained bathrooms. He also provides regular cleaning for the common areas, which is a big plus. Any issues, like the rare boiler problem, are dealt with promptly.

Marty is respectful, reliable, and attentive. I’m only moving out due to work reasons, otherwise I would have happily stayed longer.
