I have one great room available on a one year contract that will run until the 31st August 2024 in an excellent three bedroomed maisonette at the top of Arthurs Hill in Newcastle!!

I specialise in taking single people - usually postgrads, final year students or young professionals who are looking for a clean and quiet place just to get on and live. I have taken many people from around the world previously - wherever you are from you are every welcome!

I am not an agent and am from Newcastle so there are no fees and I will be your main point of contact throughout the year for any repairs or problems.
