Hi we have two large double rooms available in a shared house Newcastle City Centre All Bills Included.
We don't do video viewings so reply with your details and we can arrange a physical viewing.
There is a guy and a girl and everyone is friendly and keeps themselves to themselves.
We just need your ID and proof you can afford the rent.
There's a bus stop a few metres from the front door and local amenities round the corner.
Minimum 6 months but slightly shorter considered as we know peoples circumstances change.
