Double room in Newcastle with bathroom

This is a lovely double room (with a lock on the door) in a newly built house in Elswick! The room is available just for 1 person (no couples).
The house is brand new and quite big (90 square meters). My boyfriend owns the property but he does not live in it (he lives and works in London) and I occasionally visit Newcastle for work, (normally 2 weekends a month, sometimes I might stay a little longer..), occupying one of the rooms in the house . There will also be another guest occupying the third room. So in total it will be you and another guest plus me coming occasionally , but mainly it will be just you sharing the entire house with another girl .
Everything in the house is new, including the furniture and appliances!
The bedroom includes:
• A dedicated parking space
• A private bathroom with a shower (not en-suite)
• A double bed with an original Tempur memory foam mattress
• A desk with an ergonomic chair
• A chest of drawers
• A wardrobe

The shared spaces include:

- a parking space if you have your own car .
• A modern, fully equipped kitchen and dining space .
• A comfortable living room with a smart TV
• A back garden, which will be completely landscaped by the end of November 2025.
The house is conveniently located:
• 20 minutes’ walking from Newcastle Central Station
• 25–30 minutes’ walk to Northumberland Street
• A bus stop is just a 2-minutes walk away, with Bus N1 running every 10–15 minutes, taking you to the city centre in under 5 minutes or less. (Last bus at night is at 11:30 PM).
• An Uber ride to Newcastle city centre costs approximately £6–£8
• You can safely store a bicycle in the back garden shed
Note;
The university campus is a 10-minute walk away. (Rye Hill campus ).
WiFi is accessible throughout the whole house with a 1Gb Fibre Connection.
Please note that we accept agreement on a monthly rolling contract as well.
