One double bedroom available in a 2 bedroom flat in Longbenton. Well furnished rooms, and sitting room with a PlayStation 5. Kitchen has got all you need. Shared bathroom, kitchen and living room with just one person.

Just 7 minutes to the shops (Farm foods, Heron foods, Greggs, Post Office, Chinese, library, community centre and playground). 10 minutes walk, or less than 5 minutes drive to Lidl. 7 minutes drive to Aldi. 8 minutes drive to Asda. Just 5 minutes walk to Longbenton metro station. 6-9 minutes walk to various bus stations with buses to different directions like: Killingworth, Wallsend, Byker/Throckley, Newcastle, North Shields/Cramlington, Whitley Bay/Forest Hall, Benton/Whickham View, etc. I’m happy to show you around

Ideal flatmate would be in full employment. Preferably female as there’s less likelihood of having people over, and are generally more neat with less bad habits (speaking from experience).
References from previous landlords required. Full deposit and 1 month rent in advance paid before or upon moving in. Willing to sign a standard room rental agreement.

Tenant must be someone who is neat, knows how to and does clean up after themselves and maintain shared areas, someone who respects others’ dignity, privacy and personal space. No smoking, vaping or drug users allowed please.
