One good sized double room to rent in a well furnished 2 bedroom flat in Longbenton. Shared kitchen, shared bathroom and living room with just one person. Just 7 minutes to the shops (Farm foods, Heron foods, Greggs, Post Office, Chinese, etc library, community centre and playground). 12 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive to Lidl, 7 minutes drive to Aldi, and 8 minutes drive to Asda. Just 5 minutes walk to the train station, 6-9 minutes walk to different bus stations with buses to different directions, including Killingworth, Wallsend, Byker/Throckley, Newcastle, North Shields/Cramlington, Whitley Bay/Forest Hall, Benton/Whickham View, etc.

Prefer to sign a standard room rental agreement.
