On the ground floor there is a living room/ shared dining room, kitchen, toilet and garden.

On the first floor, there is a double bedroom and separate study with a large amount of storage room/ fitted cupboards and wardrobes (all your private area), and a bathroom and one additional bedroom which may be occupied some of the time.

The private study/living area is not completely furnished. I would like to know whether the successful applicant would like to use the extra room as a study or living area, so I can furnish appropriately.
