Hi, I am looking for a new housemate. The room is a good size, very purple but with a lovely view of the garden and trees. Furnishings include a bed, desk, chest of drawers, wardrobe, and optional TV. The rest of the house consists of a communal bathroom (shower and bath), large modern kitchen, with a washing machine and dryer, a dining room and a living room with lots of plants. Council tax band C (included in price)

Space and a desk is available in the room to work from home, or you could use the dinning room if you'd prefer. Garage with space for bikes and storage. Large driveway with space for parking. There is a large garden which gets a lot of sun during the day and into the evening.

Great location on Hillhead Road, close to the A69 and A1. For public transport plenty of regular busses (10, 11, 39, 40, 62, 63) close by to get to the city centre (about 20 mins) and beyond. With additional busses (6,7) to get to the metrocentre or Freeman Hospital (via Gosforth). There is a pub close by as well as a Sainsbury's and Tesco locals nearby, with a large Morrisons 15 min walk away alongside West Denton shops and Leisure Centre.

I am fairly sociable and enjoy board games, gardening, camping, hiking etc. I am looking to live with someone social, tidy, and easygoing.
