Hi there,

My name is Danilo, I am looking for a serious and clean flatmate. Preferable a professional. The room is a double bed medium size in a two bedroom ground floor flat. The property is just 5 minutes walking to the city centre and 10-15 minutes from Universities and all the other local amenities.

The flat has been recently renovated and more jobs to improve the flat will be done over next weeks.
Kitchen is small but with storage, washing machine and a nice new big hob and oven. Tumble dryer, air fryer, kettle, microwave and toaster are also available. A big enclosed private car park space is available behind the house.

On the rent are included Wi-fi and tv licensing.
Other bills (water, gas, electric, council tax) are on my name and will be shared. Usually costs are around 150/200£ in total.
A month of deposit (£430) and at least 6 months stay are required
