Hi! I’m Antonio, a live-in homeowner, and I’m looking for a friendly, respectful and reliable lodger to share my home.

My current lodger is moving out around 10 December, so the room will be available from 11 December.

The flat is in High Heaton (NE7), in a quiet and convenient location between Chillingham Road and Four Lane Ends. The home was refurbished in 2023 and is clean, cosy and fully equipped.

The furnished room includes a bed, wardrobe, cupboards and a desk, making it suitable for working from home.

I’m tidy, easy-going and respectful, and I’d love to find someone who enjoys a clean, peaceful and friendly home.
