Hello!
I'm moving out as I'm finishing my postgrad degree soon, so I will no longer be living in Newcastle.

The house is accessed via a courtyard, so is very safe and the bedroom faces inside the courtyard so there is never any noise disturbances from outside!

The room is very large with a table and a desk next to a nice window :) Lots of storage space included: a wardrobe and drawers, with plenty of room for extra if needed. Full-length mirror as well. Electric heater also in the room.

- 5 mins walk from the central station
- 10-15 mins from the uni and pretty much everything in the centre of Newcastle
- supermarkets nearby and lots of nice restaurants

Current housemates are a mix of working/studying girls. The flat is peaceful and clean, and the vibe is very chill

I plan on moving out at the end of May, so the room will be free from then, but happy to consider later move-in dates, etc
