We have a lovely house in the middle of the city centre. Sadly, one of our flatmates has neared the end of her placement and is moving back to London. We’re looking for someone to take over her bedroom. We have 2 shared bathrooms and a kitchen and living space. The central station and The Gate are 5 minutes walking distance.
Cost: The bills add up to a £100. So monthly it would cost £650. (Rent+bills; 550+100). A steal deal for city centre x
A plus for your room is that your bedroom would have the best built in wardrobe and you would have lots of storage space.
