2. They will coordinate with you to transfer the lease in your name
3. Vita Student will confirm the lease transfer
4. You will pay them directly the amount for the 2nd year

Important: I will transfer the cash amount mentioned above (Credit Transfer of £4000 (£2500 after May 31)) immediately on lease transfer confirmation from Vita Student.
