Hi! I’m looking for a female flatmate for my lovely 2-bed, 2-bath flat in Quayside, available from 22nd August. One week earlier/later can be flexible.

The flat is only around 5 minutes from Central Station, but it’s on a really quiet street, so it’s super peaceful.

I’ve shared photos of the shared spaces, living room and kitchen, and the empty room. The room comes with a double bed and comfy mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, study desk and chair, plus your own private ensuite with toilet and shower.

The flat has everything you need: washer, dryer, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, mini fridge, big comfy sofas and TV. EPC rating B.

Rent is £550 per person, water included. Bills are for electricity and Wi-Fi only, usually around £50–£90 each per month, depending on usage and winter. Council tax is Band D. Students don’t pay council tax, and professionals can get a 25% single-person discount.

Free parking is also available for around one year, so perfect if you have a car.

A bit about me: I’m 28, a PhD student, very clean, friendly and social, but I also really respect people’s privacy. I’m usually at uni, library or gym and I’m working part time. I enjoy going out for food/coffee, but also love chilled nights in.
