We are looking for a housemate to join us! Currently there are 2 girls living in the home, we are not fussy on gender of person to move in.

Both of us are very active people who work full time, sometimes from home. We are a very sociable house! We like a mix of nights out and nights in (with of course the chats in the kitchen on an evening)
Roommate would share a bathroom with just myself, room is situated on top floor (3 floor house)
There is a shared living room and kitchen space with a spacious garden outside

Bills come to around £190 each a month (WiFi, council tax, water and energy)
Double garage to put extras in if needed
