About Me:

I’m a young professional who love sports, and meeting new people. Looking for two new people to move in due to current housemates are moving out.

We have two rooms available in our house, ideally looking to fill both from 1st August.

About the location:
The house is really well situated — just a 5 minute walk from Manor Metro Station, making it easy to get around the city. The city centre is around 10–15 minutes away on foot, and we’re close to Northumbria University and the Ouseburn area. For day-to-day shopping, there’s a Tesco and Sainsbury’s nearby.

About the bills:
Rent is £500 per month per room including broadband, bills not included. Bills (Council Tax, Electricity, Gas and Water) typically come to around £100 pmpp

Who we’re looking for:
We’re a clean and respectful household and are looking for like-minded housemates — whether you’re a student or a young professional, you’re welcome to apply. The most important thing is that you’re clean, responsible, and easy to live with.
