📍 2 minutes’ walk to Central Station
📍 Right in the heart of the city centre

You’ll be sharing the flat with two friendly, clean, and respectful working professionals. The flat has a shared bathroom and a relaxed, tidy living environment.

I’m looking for someone clean and considerate to take over my tenancy as I’m moving elsewhere.

📅 Availability: Move in anytime from the end of June. The current tenancy runs until the end of July.

✨ There may be an opportunity to extend the tenancy beyond July directly with the landlord/agency if required.

💰 Bills: Not included in the rent. Bills are shared equally between the three flatmates.
