I am moving out of a room in a lovely three bedroom in Newcastle, only two occupants. The third room is shared between my flatmate and I as a spare room and walk in closet.

Bills not included but council tax, water, gas and electric sums up to about 160 pounds monthly.
There’s a refundable holding deposit of £363

Epc is C so very energy efficient hence the bills minimum.

Shared refurbished kitchen and bathroom furnished to a modern taste.

There’s a lounge accessible to both housemates.

The housemate would like a decent, clean, easy going and quiet female only housemate.
Flexible with move in date before August 2026.
