I want to find a replacement tenant for my room from August 10/15, as unfortunately i need to move out because of work priorities.
It's a beautiful house share of 4 rooms in a peaceful area. The room is single room with private bathroom. Every room has their own washroom and shower so noone has to share. The roommates are really nice and are good friends of mine.
There is a big Morrisons, Greggs, papa John's boots on 5 minutes walking distance from the house. Bus stops for buses to city centre and metro centre both are very close by. City centre and metro centre is accessible within 20-25 minutes with public transport. 15 minutes if you have a car.
Rent: £595 per month, including bills wifi and taxes.
