Spare bedroom at quayside for short-term stay

A small double bedroom at the Quayside is available from 10 August 2026.
I’m initially looking for a short-term let of up to 3 months, with the possibility of a longer stay depending on the circumstances.
The flat is in a scenic Quayside location. There isn’t much storage space, so it’s ideal for someone with minimal belongings.
I’m looking for someone who is tidy and considerate. It’s absolutely fine if you’re not particularly into socialising.
You’ll be sharing the living room and kitchen with me, a 35-year-old Adv Tech professional.
Viewings are available after 8:00 pm on weekdays, and I’m flexible on weekends.
