I am looking for a replacement tenant for my room at Barker House, Homes for students for the 2026/2027 academic year because my plans changed. The room is brand new, you will be the first to live in it!

THE ROOM & FLAT:

Private En-suite Bathroom: Your own toilet and shower (no sharing!).

Fully Furnished: Includes a comfortable bed, large desk, chair, wardrobe, and plenty of storage.

Shared Kitchen/Living Area: Fully equipped with modern appliances to share with other students.

Important Note: As this is a student residence, the other flatmates will be assigned by the accommodation team, so it's a great opportunity to meet new friends!

ALL BILLS INCLUDED: Water, electricity, gas, heating, and high-speed Wi-Fi are all covered.

Close to Newcastle University and Northumbria University.
