I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Wellington St Plaza Studios for the 2026/27 academic year, starting in September 2026.

1. 40-week student contract
2. All bills included (Wi-Fi, electricity, water, heating)
3. Private studio with your own kitchen and en-suite bathroom
4. Located just next to the Newcastle University Business School

This is a great opportunity as all studio rooms have already sold out on the official website, so this is one of the few chances to secure a room in the building.
