Tenancy Takeover - Student Roost Newcastle 1

Looking for someone to take over my Student Roost Newcastle 1 tenancy for the 2026/27 academic year.

- £189 per week
- 5 September 2026 – 11 July 2027
- 44-week tenancy
- Bills included
- Shared kitchen with up to 7 other people
(2 fridges, 2 ovens and 2 induction hobs with couch seating area and large round table with chairs)

I’ve already paid the first month rent payment (around £560) towards the tenancy so I’m looking for £250 reimbursement/security from the person taking over for part of the amount I’ve already paid.

You would then take over the remaining tenancy at the normal £189/week rate.

The takeover would be completed officially through Student Roost, so the replacement tenant would need to meet their requirements and be approved by them. The steps for this can be found on their website.

Rent is paid termly into 3 divisions with rent due on 1st October, 1st February and 1st May.
