I’m looking for someone to take over my Classic Ensuite room at The Bridge Phase II for the 2026/27 academic year.

- private en-suite bathroom
- 12 September 2026 - 4 September 2027 (51 weeks)
- £175 per week (£8925 total)

Ideal for a Northumbria or Newcastle University student.

The room is part of a modern student accommodation building with excellent communal facilities and a great location for university and the city centre.

This is a tenancy takeover, so the successful applicant would take over the existing tenancy, subject to approval and completion of the booking process with Abodus Student Living.

I’m looking to arrange the takeover as soon as possible, so please message me if you’re interested or know someone who is currently looking for an en-suite room in Newcastle for September.
