Oxford House Studio

Private student studio available for official tenancy takeover at Oxford House, Newcastle city centre.

Location: B-05-05, Fifth Floor, Block B, Oxford Street, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 8AA.

I originally booked the accommodation because my university placement was advertised as being in Newcastle. My placement location has now unexpectedly changed to Darlington, so I unfortunately no longer require the studio.

The accommodation is a fully furnished private studio with its own private kitchen and private bathroom, so there is no shared kitchen or bathroom. Bills are included.

September rent has also already been paid.

For reassurance, this is not a private sublet or informal arrangement. The replacement will go through the official Oxford House process, and the accommodation agreement will be directly with Oxford House themselves once the replacement student has been accepted.

I am simply looking for a suitable student to replace me because I no longer need accommodation in Newcastle.
