I'm looking for a lodger in my 3 bed terraced house. It's a spacious double bedroom that is fully furnished, with a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and downstairs WC. There is a rear garden & shed suitable for bike storage, and free on-street parking.
It's a 15 min walk into the city centre including the RVI, with lots of grocery shops and green spaces nearby. Great bus links into the city, and nearest metro station is 15 min walk away.
About me - I work in biotech, tend to be away for work few days a week. When I'm not working, you'll find me somewhere outdoors in nature !
