Looking for someone to take over a Bronze en-suite room at Student Roost St. James’ Point, Newcastle for the 2026/7 academic year.

We no longer need the accommodation and, to make the takeover more attractive, we are happy to cover the deposit and two months rent. This means you would benefit from xxxxxx already paid towards the tenancy.

The room is a private single bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, within a mixed 6-person student flat.
