I am looking for a preferably female student from either Northumbria University or Newcastle University to take over the tenancy of this lovely premium en-suite room I have in Byron Central, which is only a short walk away from both Northumbria and Newcastle’s campuses.

Currently, there are 2 other girls living in this 3 bed shared flat. There is 24/7 security.

The flat’s council tax band is B and the rent is £186 per week (£744 per month). Bills are included!

The accommodation is a short walk from many shops (especially as it is a 2 minute walk from Northumberland street) and campus which is ideal for students living away from home. The accommodation includes a shared kitchen and sitting space. The room itself is furnished with a big desk, which is great for study, and a comfortable small double bed. Additionally, there is a lovely courtyard within the accommodation that you can sit in.

Your tenancy will last from now until check out on the 26th of June 2027.
